Okay, so I have to admit that I started this entry several months ago and don't really remember all that much about it today.  This one was, I believe, a lamb sausage. I probably didn't need to load this sausage up with so many condiments, but they all sounded so good!  What I DO remember that this tasted great, that I had an excellent beer with it, and that Els and I had a nice night out.  I guess I'll have to go back and get another sausage so refresh my memory....
